Sydney General Manager

The purpose of this role is ensure the smooth operations across currently one (soon to be two) member clubhouses based in Sydney. Reporting to the National General Manager,  you will motivate, inspire and lead your teams to continually exceed business objectives, financial targets and member deliverables across both clubhouses.


Operations Manager

The purpose of this role is to ensure smooth operations across Hub Australia’s internal support services which include Systems, Accounts and Administration, Impact and Human Resources. You will be a technical, process-driven, strategic and hands-on person with experience in accounts, insurance, systems, people management and software development as you lead a team of 4 direct reports.


Melbourne Cafe Host 

The Cafe Host makes a killer coffee, epic lunches and delightful experiences, all with a smile on your face. Your job is to facilitate an excellent, warm and friendly cafe experience for Hub Australia members and guests. As the Cafe Host you will be responsible for overseeing the hospitality elements of the member experience in our cafe; everything from a welcoming smile on entry, to a good cup of coffee, to timely clean-ups of the cafe space.
