In what has been a challenging year globally, Hub Australia has worked to ensure safe and healthy workspaces for our members and internal team alike.

Each team member receives the same benefits as Hub Australia’s members, including a wide range of discounts for everything from exercise programs to tech and groceries.

A leader in Australian business

Located in 4 cities across Australia, Hub’s team utilises videoconferencing and remote communications tools to build relationships across the business, and has a number of internal channels and procedures to help every team member celebrate theirs and each others successes.

These are just some of the reasons Hub Australia’s team gave a score of 95/100 for the 2020 Best Places to Work survey, and had a 100% response rate.

What is the ‘Best Places to Work’ Study?

The Best Place to Work study is run by Great Place To Work, a global firm specialising in employee engagement and organisational alignment, and how both affect high-performance workplace cultures.

The study involves an in-depth assessment process, surveying each staff member and undertaking a comprehensive cultural audit that inspects internal processes, communications and procedures, acknowledgment initiatives, diversity, hiring practices, and more

2020 is the second year Hub Australia has been recognised, and our third time applying for certification. This is a long-term process involving every team member as we strive to create a positive internal culture.
