William House was constructed circa 1928 to the design of architect Percy Gordon Craig, who designed several hotels, including the Harbord Hotel in 1928. The first major tenant of William House was a branch of Cheney’s Australia. The company took up selling Austin and Morris vehicles in 1926. During the depression Cheney closed down his business and William House went on to be a show room for Ferrari and Maserati cars.

All Hub workspaces are designed by leading international design practice HASSELL and our facilities geared towards holistic and flexible productivity. Hub takes away the pains of running a business so you can focus on doing what you love.
