Hub has been certified as a ‘Great Place to Work’ for the fifth consecutive year

Our employees were surveyed on their experiences working at Hub, with 93% agreeing Hub is a great place to work.
We’re happy to announce that we’ve been re-certified as a Great Place to Work® for the fifth year in a row, receiving certification from the global authority on workplace culture, Great Place to Work.

What is the Great Place to Work certification?

Created by a globally recognised organisation, the Great Place to Work certification uses research-backed technology to undertake a cultural audit. This audit covers internal processes, communications and procedures, diversity, hiring practices, and more, using a staff survey.

Our survey results are benchmarked against leading companies around the world. The results are provided to us to help us get recognised for our company culture, reflect on how we’re performing as an employer, and understand how to create the ideal employee experience.

A fair and inclusive workplace

Our commitment to having a positive impact on people and the planet sees us create a workplace culture that supports and celebrates team members from all cultures, genders, sexualities, races, and ages, with 95% of employees at Hub saying that they can be themselves at work.

  • 100% of employees agree that people at Hub are treated fairly regardless of their sexual orientation
  • 99% of employees agree that people are treated fairly regardless of their gender
