We’re happy to announce that we’ve been re-certified as a Great Place to Work® for the fifth year in a row, receiving certification from the global authority on workplace culture, Great Place to Work. What is the Great Place to Work certification?
Created by a globally recognised organisation, the Great Place to Work certification uses research-backed technology to undertake a cultural audit. This audit covers internal processes, communications and procedures, diversity, hiring practices, and more, using a staff survey.
Our survey results are benchmarked against leading companies around the world. The results are provided to us to help us get recognised for our company culture, reflect on how we’re performing as an employer, and understand how to create the ideal employee experience.
