Hub Elizabeth Quay is located on Levels 1, 2 and 3 at 9 The Esplanade, Perth. To help you plan your visit, here’s some information on accessibility at Hub Elizabeth Quay, including parking, lifts, toilet facilities, and moving around the space.
Parking
Member parking is available within the basement, which includes four accessible parking spaces. These are licenced to Hub members and subject to availability. Lift access is provided to/from the accessible parking spaces.
A loading dock is available, which requires booking in advance.
Entrance
The main entrance is via 9 The Esplanade on the ground floor. There are 3 sliding doors that are suitable for wheelchair access.
Access to Level 1 is via three lift cars on the ground floor or via escalator. Access to Level 2 is available via three lift cars from the ground floor or Level 1, as well as stairs accessed via Level 1. Access to Level 3 is via three lift cars from the ground floor or Level 1.
Lifts
The lift in the lobby is equipped with ample circulation space and provides access to all levels of Hub.
Toilet and Shower Facilities
Unisex accessible bathrooms are located on Levels 1, 2 and 3.
Showers and End-of-Trip facilities are located on the basement floor, accessible via the bike ramp or lifts. Male and female End-of-Trip facilities include lockers, showers, bathroom, grooming, iron station and accessible toilet and shower. There is a non-binary shower and accessible toilet.
Desks
A range of adjustable desks are provided throughout the workspaces on levels 2 and 3. Adjustable desks may be available for offices on request, however they may come with an additional cost. The desks located in the meeting rooms are not adjustable.
Hearing Augmentation
All meeting rooms have the capacity for a microphone and speakers.
Hearing loop systems are not available.
Access to Areas
All meeting rooms, the member kitchen, member areas, and café are fully accessible. The kitchen and tea points are provided with ample circulation space, however, no accessible under bench space is provided.
