What's included in my Day Pass?
Your Day Pass gives you access to a premium coworking space, available from 8:30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, at your chosen location. You’ll enjoy:
- Soundproof phone booths, member kitchen, business lounges, and café area
- High-speed, secure Wi-Fi
- Any member events happening on the day
Can I reserve a desk?
Day Passes don’t include a reserved desk — instead, you’re free to settle in wherever suits you across our open coworking areas. With plenty of space to choose from, you’ll always find a spot that works for how you want to work that day.
How do I find my location and plan my arrival?
Every Hub clubhouse has its own character, so it’s worth checking the details before your visit. You can find address, transport, and access information for all 17 locations on our locations page. Full arrival instructions will also be sent to you once your booking is confirmed.
Can I use the shared spaces?
Absolutely. You have full access to our premium shared amenities, including soundproof phone booths for private calls, member lounges for informal collaboration, and our member kitchens for pauses during the day.
Do you have bike storage?
Most of our locations have ample bike storage and modern end-of-trip facilities. To check if your desired Hub workspace has bike storage, head to its location page on our website.
Can I book a meeting room during my visit?
Yes. Speak with the team at the Welcome Desk or email us if you’d like to book a meeting room during your visit. If you’re interested in hiring one of our premium serviced meeting or event spaces, head to our Meeting & Event spaces page.
What happens after I book my Day Pass?
You’ll receive a confirmation email with everything you need for your visit, including:
- Your clubhouse location and opening times
- How to get there and accessibility information
- Wi-Fi access and arrival instructions
- How to navigate the clubhouse, plus emergency procedures and exits
