1. Eligibility: The offer is available to the first 20 businesses who sign up for an office or suite membership at Hub Constitution Place and enter into a minimum 12-month agreement. To qualify, the agreement must be finalised on or before 31 December 2026, with a move-in date during the first week of February 2027. The offer is subject to availability and cannot be transferred.
2. Special pre-opening rate: Eligible members who finalise their agreement on or before 31 December 2026 and have a move-in date during the first week of February 2027 will receive either their first month free or 50% off their first and second months, as agreed at the time of contracting. The agreement must be for a minimum 12-month term.
3. Additional meeting room coins: Under this offer, eligible members will receive an additional allocation of up to $1,200 per month on top of their standard coins for the duration of their initial membership term. The allocation resets monthly and does not roll over. Additional terms apply as set out in the applicable licence agreement.
4. SMS voucher: Eligible members will receive an SMS voucher valued at $1,000. The voucher is valid for the first three months from the move-in date and expires at the end of that period. The voucher is subject to the applicable SMS voucher terms and conditions.
5. Double referral incentive: For the first twelve months of membership, eligible members will be entitled to a double referral incentive per desk for eligible referrals. Referrals must meet Hub’s applicable referral eligibility requirements. Referral incentives are subject to Hub’s standard referral terms and conditions.
6. Supplementary flexible memberships: Eligible members will receive 20% off additional flexible memberships purchased alongside their office membership. Eligible flexible memberships include Flexi Essential and Flexi Unlimited. The discount applies to supplementary flexible memberships held in addition to the office membership and is subject to availability and applicable membership terms.
7. Café tab: Members will receive a $100 café tab, valid for tea and coffee during the first quarter following their move-in date. Any unused balance expires at the end of the applicable quarter and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.
8. Promotion: Members will have their business logo displayed onsite alongside other member businesses. Members will also have the opportunity to promote their business to Hub’s national membership community of 10,000+ members. Any promotional activity, content, placement and timing is subject to Hub’s approval and available channels and opportunities. Hub does not guarantee a specific level of exposure, engagement or promotion.
9. Welcome and onboarding session: Each company will receive one private welcome and onboarding session at Hub Constitution Place. The session is subject to scheduling and availability.
10. Renewal pricing: If a member renews their office or suite membership, any increase to their existing membership rate will be capped at 5% for each 12-month term extension, subject to the member continuing with the same membership arrangement and being in good standing with their Hub membership. This benefit applies to renewals only and does not apply to additional services, upgrades, changes in workspace requirements or new memberships.
11. General: The offer cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred or combined with other promotional offers unless otherwise agreed by Hub Australia. Benefits are subject to availability and the applicable terms of the relevant Hub service. Hub Australia reserves the right to amend or withdraw the offer where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.
