Her career spans roles at Salta Properties, Arnold Bloch Leibler and as a partner at Colin Biggers & Paisley Lawyers. Concurrently Lisa co-founded and lead Conveyancing.com.au and RapidBuildingInspections.com.au, now under the banner of diversified prop-tech business, the DBC Group. Lisa is currently an Executive Director of Salta Properties and an Investment Director of Salta Capital.
Darren Smorgon is Managing Director of Sandbar Investments, a family office that is a substantial investor in Hub. He is also a Non-Executive Director of ASX-listed organisations oOh!media and Total Drain Cleaning, Chairman of ASX-listed Swift Media, and on the advisory committee of the Social Ventures Australia social impact fund.
Liz Smith has extensive experience in accounting, audit, corporate finance, and consulting. Her career spans roles at Ernst & Young, Grant Thornton, and William Buck, spanning multiple industry sectors. Liz is also currently on the Victorian Regional Council of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and on the Finance Committee of the Australian Red Cross.
