With a hospitality and customer service background, Karen loves to meet new people and build new relationships. She is currently completing her master’s in Ecosystem Management. If she does have free time, Karen enjoys going to the gym or rewatching some of the classic tv shows.

Tori has a background in the Luxury Hotel industry and Account Management. She is passionate about genuine customer satisfaction and understands that exceptional customer service nurtures genuine relationships – and those relationships lay the foundation for customer retention and growth.

Mick has gained experience working with some of Australia’s biggest brands. Mick’s passion is people, and is committed to delivering great places to work and building capability in people is at the heart of everything he does.

With over three years of experience in the coworking industry, Paris strives to provide exceptional customer service and create strong connections in the workplace. Outside of work, Paris enjoys trips to the beach, sunrise walks with her dog Gerald and a spicy marg.

With a background in coworking, startups and innovation, Sam is all about building meaningful relationships, communities and contributing to the overall growth of businesses. Outside of work, she enjoys snowboarding, photography and getting lost in a good book.

With a background in property management and a degree in both business and property, Steph assists with the management of all Hub Australia sites, with a focus on risk and compliance. Outside of work she enjoys being active outdoors, going out for dinner with friends and getting out of Melbourne when she can!

Paris has a background in hospitality and experience within flexible workspaces in the UK. She is passionate about providing high quality customer experiences and collaborating with others to achieve this.

Erin has worked in the cafe industry for over 6 years and is passionate about coffee. Outside of work you can find her trying new cafes, at the gym or trying to cook good food.

Rebekah is an experienced executive with a background in B2B marketing, product development and customer experience. Focused on business growth, Rebekah helps Hub enhance its brand and customer experience, whilst expanding its range of products and markets.

Sam comes with Customer Success and hospitality experience, where he has enjoyed meeting and talking to people. On the weekend you’ll find him confidently answering the Saturday quiz only to realise he got 3 out of 20.

Alberto is always striving for excellence at any work he does. He cares about life-work balance and creating good relationships with workmates and clients.

With fourteen combined years of hospitality & sales work ranging from Venue Management to Insurance, Marcus has gained a wealth of knowledge & experience in customer service and events coordinating. Outside of this, Marcus is an actor by trade and always ready for the next project.

A qualified project professional, with over ten years experience in the property industry, a background in engineering and multiple sector experience. Brendan‘s role is to help deliver new Hub spaces.

Darren Smorgon is Managing Director of Sandbar Investments, a family office that is a substantial investor in Hub. He is also a Non-Executive Director of ASX-listed organisations oOh!media and Total Drain Cleaning, Chairman of ASX-listed Swift Media, and on the advisory committee of the Social Ventures Australia social impact fund.

Zaheer has worked across a broad range of IT disciplines over a number of years. He’s always keeping on top of new technologies and working with his team to provide the best solutions to members.

While travelling around the world, Val has gained 5 years of experience in Hospitality, Corporate, & Coworking environments. She’s passionate about excellent client experience and partnering with other businesses. Outside of work, she loves cooking, travelling, and exercising.

Stephen is a coffee enthusiast with a passion for everything espresso. With over 14 years behind an espresso machine and 10 years in corporate hospitality environments, he brings his expertise to the team at Hub Customs House.

Patricia has a strong passion for customer service, a degree in events management, and years of hospitality experience from working in Asia, USA, and around Australia. She loves good food and discovering new places.

Originally from Birmingham, Laura has lived in Brisbane for six years and has over ten years of experience in hospitality. Outside of work she paints, draws, and cooks, and loves the outdoors, travelling, and music.

John leads a team responsible for securing new sites, the refurbishment and fitout of spaces to create amazing environments for Hub Australia members, managing our technology infrastructure and ongoing portfolio management.

James is passionate about all things tech. He is certified in computer networking and aims to ensure all members have an enriching online experience at Hub.

After traveling, James has made his home in Melbourne. With a background in sales and marketing, James has experience working in and for coworking spaces, and is passionate about his endless list of hobbies.

Jack has been making coffee since he was 14, and comes to Hub Australia via London. Outside of work, he’s interested in soccer, movies, and music.

Duncan has supported growing disruptive business for over 20 years as an accountant and consultant, and is now looking after all things financial as Hub grows. He is happiest in the ocean or knee-deep in snow.

With a lifetime of hospitality experience and a degree in hospitality management, Dave is all about delivering exceptional hospitality experiences for our café, events and guests, and always goes out of his way to surprise and delight!

Chloe brings 9 years experience within the property industry, predominantly in sales. Outside of work she enjoys travelling, learning Auslan, and trying as many fine dining restaurants in Melbourne as possible.

Brad Krauskopf is the Founder and CEO of Hub Australia and has an international reputation as one of the pioneers of coworking in the region, and shaping the industry in Australia. He is also the founding co-chair of Flexible Workspace Australia, the peak national industry body for flexible workspace. Brad’s family background is in the hospitality industry and prior to Hub he has founded and grown successful businesses in the technology and events management industries. Qualifications include MBA, B.Com & B.Eco

Allie has worked in the coffee industry for 14 years and provides amazing coffee every time! She studied creative writing and English literature, and is often found with her kitten, at brunch, or at the gym.
