1. Introduction

1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern the issue of the Hub Martin Place Complimentary Day Pass & Drink offer.

1.2 Eligible Customers are responsible for complying with these Terms and Conditions.

1.3 These Terms and Conditions are effective from the date of promotion and may be amended from time to time.

2. Definitions

2.1 In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise states:

• Hub Martin Place: The location of Level 1/44 Martin Pl, Sydney NSW 2000.
• Day Pass: Access to Hub Martin Place during the working hours of 8 am – 5 pm, Monday to Friday only.
• Eligible customers: Those who meet the criteria of professionally employed or self-employed, from the age of 25+, with a business address and current form of ID.
• Flexible workspace access: Access to the coworking areas of Hub Martin Place, which exclude Dedicated Desks, Semi-enclosed Dedicated Desks, Office Spaces and Office Suites.

3. Redeeming the Complimentary Day Pass & Drink offer

3.1 Complimentary Day Pass & Drink invitations are sent to Eligible Customers at Hub’s absolute and sole discretion and Hub can withdraw invitations at any time. Invitations are only for Eligible Customers and Eligible Customers cannot bring guests, including children.

3.2 Eligible Customers must reply to the email invitation to book their Complimentary Day Pass & Drink at least 48 hours prior to arriving at Hub Martin Place. Complimentary Day Pass & Drink invitations can only be used once.

3.3 Once the Complimentary Day Pass & Drink booking request has been made, Eligible Customers will receive an email confirmation which must be presented at Hub Martin Place concierge desk.

3.4 The Day Pass & Drink are included as part of one invitation, and cannot be split. Both must be redeemed on the same day.

3.5 The complimentary drink is only available from a Hub Martin Place Day Pass & Drink set list, and cannot be redeemed on beverages outside of the promotion. Additional drinks can be purchased on the day.

3.6 It is the responsibility of the Eligible Customer to review operating hours prior to arrival at Hub Martin Place.

3.7 Complimentary Day Pass & Drink invitations cannot be reinstated and are forfeited where the Eligible Customer has had a change of mind (‘no show’) and does not utilise the Complimentary Day Pass & Drink on the day of the booking.

4. Expiry

4.1 All Hub Martin Place Complimentary Day Pass & Drink invitations are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

4.2 Invitations must be used before the expiry date which cannot be extended.

5. Accessing Hub Martin Place

5.1 Access is subject to the Hub Day Pass entry conditions.

5.2 Where Eligible Customers are declined access to Hub Martin Place due to capacity or operational reasons, they may request for a reinstatement of the Complimentary Day Pass & Drink invitation, which is at Hub’s reasonable discretion.

6. Other Conditions

6.1 Complimentary Day Pass & Drinks cannot be sold or exchanged for Cash.

6.2 Hub may withdraw Complimentary Day Pass & Drink invitations at any time if an Eligible Customer materially breaches these Terms and Conditions or the Hub access conditions.

6.3 Suitable business attire must be worn, no thongs, singlets, shorts or revealing clothing.
