Accessibility at Hub Church Street
Hub Church Street is located on levels 4 and 5 in Building A of the Industry Lanes Development at 459 Church Street, Richmond. To help you plan your visit, here’s some information on accessibility at Hub Church Street, including parking, lifts, toilet facilities, and moving around the space.
Parking
Member parking is available within the basement, which includes two accessible parking spaces. These are licenced to Hub members and subject to availability. Lift access is provided to/from the accessible parking spaces.Â
Entrance
There’s one entrance provided on Church Street that is accessible. Entry is through either a revolving door, or a door operated with an automatic sensor.
Lifts
The lifts in the lobby are equipped with ample circulation space and provide access to all levels of Hub.
Toilet and Shower Facilities
There’s one unisex accessible sanitary facility located on the ground floor, level 4, and level 5. There’s also one male and one female ambulant cubicle located in the toilets on level 4 and level 5.
An accessible shower is not available.
Desks
A range of adjustable desks are provided throughout the workspaces on levels 4 and 5. Adjustable desks may be available for offices on request, however they may come with an additional cost. The desks located in the meeting rooms are not adjustable.Â
Hearing Augmentation
All meeting rooms have the capacity for a microphone and speakers.
A hearing loop system is provided in the café on level 4.
Access to Areas
All meeting rooms, the member kitchen, member areas, ground floor lobby, external balconies, and café are fully accessible. The kitchen and tea points are provided with ample circulation space and accessible under bench space.
