There are two entrances provided. The accessible entrance is via veterans park (adjacent to Northbourne Ave) and the other entrance is via Mort street.
The lifts in the lobby are equipped with ample circulation space and provide access to all levels of Hub.
Unisex accessible sanitary facilities are located on all levels. There are also ambulant cubicles located in the toilets on all levels.
