Hub Parliament Station Promotion – Terms and Conditions
Terms and conditions apply. This promotion (‘Offer’) is valid for new members only who sign a new Hub Member Licence Agreement for an Office or Suite at Hub Parliament Station, from 1 July 2025 until sold out, with a move-in date within one (1) month of signing.
The minimum subscription term must be twelve (12) calendar months. To redeem the Offer, a Security Deposit and the first month’s rent must be paid in advance, in accordance with the terms of the Hub Australia Member Licence Agreement.
This Offer:
1. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount
2. Cannot be applied to previous Hub Australia membership licences or agreements
3. Is non-transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for cash or combined with any other offer
4. Hub Australia may modify or withdraw this Offer at its sole discretion without prior notice.
