*Hub St Kilda Road Complimentary Day Pass Offer – Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the issue of the Hub St Kilda Road Complimentary Day Pass offer.
Eligible Customers are responsible for complying with these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions are effective from the date of promotion and may be amended from time to time.
This promotion will run until 31 January 2026.

2. Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise states:

Hub St Kilda Rd: The location of Level 12, 412 St Kilda Road, Melbourne VIC 3004.
Day Pass: Access to Hub St Kilda Road during the working hours of 8 am – 5 pm, Monday to Friday only.
Eligible Customers: Those who meet the criteria of being professionally employed or self-employed, with a business address and current form of ID.
Flexible workspace access: Access to the coworking areas of Hub St Kilda Road, excluding Dedicated Desks, Semi-enclosed Dedicated Desks, Office Spaces and Office Suites.

3. Redeeming the Complimentary Day Pass Offer
Complimentary Day Pass invitations are sent to Eligible Customers at Hub’s absolute and sole discretion, and Hub can withdraw invitations at any time.
Invitations are only for Eligible Customers and cannot be transferred. Eligible Customers cannot bring guests, including children.
Eligible Customers must reply to the email invitation to book their Complimentary Day Pass at least 48 hours prior to arriving at their selected clubhouse. Complimentary Day Pass invitations can only be used once.
Once the Complimentary Day Pass booking request has been made, Eligible Customers will receive an email confirmation which must be presented at the selected clubhouse concierge desk.
It is the responsibility of the Eligible Customer to review operating hours prior to arrival at Hub St Kilda Road.
Complimentary Day Pass invitations cannot be reinstated and are forfeited where the Eligible Customer has had a change of mind (“no show”) and does not utilise the Complimentary Day Pass on the day of the booking.

4. Expiry
All Hub Australia Complimentary Day Pass invitations are valid for three (3) months from the date of issue.
Invitations must be used before the expiry date, which cannot be extended.

5. Accessing Hub Locations
Access is subject to the Hub Day Pass entry conditions.
Where Eligible Customers are declined access to a Hub location due to capacity or operational reasons, they may request reinstatement of the Complimentary Day Pass invitation, which is at Hub’s reasonable discretion.

6. Other Conditions
Complimentary Day Pass invitations cannot be sold or exchanged for cash.
Hub may withdraw Complimentary Day Pass invitations at any time if an Eligible Customer materially breaches these Terms and Conditions or the Hub access conditions.
Suitable business attire must be worn — no thongs, singlets, shorts or revealing clothing.
