The Lunar New Year Giveaway competition has ended.

By participating in this competition, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. The Promoter is Hub Australia, located at Level 3/162 Collins St, Melbourne VIC 3000. 
2. Information on how to enter forms part of these conditions. Participation in the Lunar New Year Giveaway competition (“Competition”) constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. 
3. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
4. Entry into the Competition is limited to one entry per person. 
5. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are ineligible to enter the Competition. 
6. To enter this Competition, you must register the personal details as specified on the Promoters Lunar New Year website page, accessed via QR code. 
7. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid. 
8. The Competition commences on 12 February 2024 and closes on 18 February 2024. 
9. Entries must be received within the Competition period. Entries are deemed to be received at the time they are received by the Promoter’s database. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost, misdirected, or undelivered entries due to technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason. 
10. 10. Individual winners will be determined by draw and will each receive a Hub Australia Day Pass for exclusive use at Hub Local – Box Hill, valued at $59 (100 winners in total, with a total prize pool of $5,900.00). 
11. To redeem a Day Pass, a booking must be made in advance, and will be subject to availability. Lunar New Year Giveaway competition Day Passes must be redeemed within six months of issue.
12. The Competition will comprise of a game of chance and the selection of the winners will be by random draw by the Promoter. 
13. The prize draw will take place at the Promoter’s head office at Level 3/162 Collins St, Melbourne VIC 3000. 
14. The prize winners will be notified the following week of the draw via email or phone. The Promoter’s decision is final and conclusive. When contacted the prize winner will be required to further confirm their agreement to these terms and conditions by response. The prize will be issued to the prize winner in accordance with these conditions and subject to such confirmation. 
15. All reasonable attempts will be made to contact each prize winner. If a prize winner fails to respond to the Promoter’s attempts at contact within 7 days of that attempted contact, the Promoter will reserve the right to withdraw the prize
16. The prize will also be deemed unclaimed if it is not collected as and when directed by the Promoter. 
17. The prizes are provided by the Promoter and are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other prizes. The Promoter may, subject to applicable laws and regulations, substitute a different prize of equivalent value in place of any prize referred to in these terms and conditions. Transport, parking and any other costs associated with redeeming a prize are at each prize winner’s expense. The prizes must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a recipient is unable to use it as stated. 
18. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence), and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions or who tampers with the entry and/or Competition process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. 
19. If this Competition is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated, due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Competition, as appropriate. 
20. Privacy notice: The Promoter collects the personal information in your entry for the purpose of conducting the Competition. This information is collected and handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, which is available from www.hubaustralia.com.
