Victorian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Complimentary Day Pass Offer – Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions explain how the Hub Australia Complimentary Day Pass offer (“Offer”) works.
Eligible Customers are responsible for following these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions apply from the start of the promotion and may be updated by Hub Australia (“Hub”) at any time.

2. Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

  • Day Pass: Access to selected Hub locations in Melbourne (555 Collins ExChange, Hub Church Street, Hub Collins Street, Hub Flinders Street, Hub Parliament Station, Hub Southern Cross, and Hub St Kilda Road) during standard operating hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

  • Eligible Customers: Current members of the Victorian Chamber of Commerce and Industry who can provide both a valid business address and photo identification.

  • Flexible Workspace Access: Access to coworking areas at the Hub locations listed above. This does not include Dedicated Desks, Semi-enclosed Dedicated Desks, Office Spaces, or Office Suites.

3. Redeeming the Complimentary Day Pass
Complimentary Day Pass invitations are offered at Hub’s discretion and may be withdrawn at any time.
Invitations are for Eligible Customers only and cannot be transferred or used by guests, including children.
To redeem the Offer, Eligible Customers must reply to their email invitation and book their Day Pass at least 48 hours before arriving at their chosen Hub location.
Each invitation can only be used once.
Once the booking is confirmed, Eligible Customers will receive an email confirmation, which must be shown at the concierge desk upon arrival.
It’s the Eligible Customer’s responsibility to check the operating hours of their chosen Hub location before arriving.
If an Eligible Customer does not attend on the booked date (“no show”), the Complimentary Day Pass is forfeited and cannot be reissued.

4. Expiry
Complimentary Day Pass invitations are valid for six (6) months from the date of issue.
Invitations must be used before the expiry date. Extensions are not available.

5. Accessing Hub Locations
Access is subject to Hub’s usual Day Pass entry conditions.
If access is unavailable due to capacity or operational reasons, the Eligible Customer may request a replacement invitation, which Hub may provide at its discretion.

6. Other Conditions
The Complimentary Day Pass cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged for cash.
Hub may withdraw a Complimentary Day Pass if an Eligible Customer breaches these Terms and Conditions or Hub’s general access rules.
Smart casual or business attire is required. Thongs, singlets, shorts, or revealing clothing are not permitted.
