Leverage the expertise of Australia’s leading, sophisticated coworking operator
Hub is Australia’s largest privately owned workspace hospitality operator, and we partner with landlords to elevate the workspace experience, helping to attract and retain occupiers, drive rental growth, and add value to your building asset.
Attracting quality tenants is no longer solely reliant on the physical asset and standards of property and facilities management, but on flexibility, workspace experiences, hospitality-led workspace services, and a range of exceptionally managed amenities that go beyond the simple provision of ‘space’. Add to this sustainability objectives and a drive to carbon neutrality, and the role of the landlord is increasingly complex.
Key services we provide to create a successful partnership:
Design guidance and space planning
Branding
Marketing and sales
Customer experience
Technology and digital platforms
Operational excellence
Hub already partners with a number of leading property developers, owners and managers to activate their buildings, operate hospitality amenities, attract and retain the best tenants, and increase their financial return.
Following our successful partnership at Brookfield Place Sydney, Brookfield Properties partnered with Hub to create two market leading flexible workspaces in Perth, together with a range of meeting and events spaces, business lounges, F&B, and workspace hospitality services.
Hub Elizabeth Quay comprises 4,500 sqm over three levels in a newly developed premium grade 19 storey riverside office asset. Level 1 includes 700sgm of meeting and events space, business lounge, casual work zones, and a cafe/bar for the benefit of the entire building. Levels 2 and 3 provide prime flexible workspaces with fabulous views over Elizabeth Quay to the river Swan.
One Two Five By Hub is located within Brookfield Place Perth, home to BHP and prominent landmark on the Perth skyline. The total area under management by Hub is 9,300sqm, including 2,000 sqm of shared meeting and event spaces, lounge and casual work facilities, concierge and a cafe/bar over levels 1 and 2. Levels 2 to 4 comprise 6,000 sqm of premium flexible workspace, some of which is designed in a manner to suit the bespoke requirements of anchor tenant BHP. Finally, there is an expansive roof terrace of 1,300sqm. Hub worked closely with Brookfield and BHP during the establishment and design stages to ensure that the requirements of both the owner and the anchor tenant were met.
This is a world leading example of how an institutional property owner has partnered with Australia’s premium workspace hospitality operator to deliver a broad range of exceptionally managed amenities, hospitality-led workspace services, and flexibility, to meet the needs of one of Australia’s largest corporate office occupiers.
