Hub Adelaide is once again presenting it’s Spark Program in collaboration with Renewal SA and Flinders University, giving South Australian entrepreneurs the opportunity to grow their business ideas.
Delivered by Flinders University’s New Venture Institute and Hub Adelaide, the Spark program assists South Australian entrepreneurs who have a start-up or a business idea, but need extra support and resources to help it reach its full potential.
Spark provides an opportunity for South Australian entrepreneurs to evolve their business or business idea in a supportive and accelerated environment, guided by course facilitators and experienced industry mentors.

“Through Spark, I have a great place to focus on my business and my work, and the facilities are great – it’s perfect having a meeting room I can just book and practice my speech and pitch without interruptions.” – Elise Fritsch, Former Spark Participant

What’s included?

All participants receive 12 months of fully sponsored use of Hub Adelaide’s coworking space, in the form of a Flexi 24/7 membership – this allows total access and use of the coworking space and it’s facilities, including all professional development and networking events.
Successful entries will also have a place in the 8-week Flinders University New Venture Dorm Program, taking participants through weekly sessions to refine ideas and business principle as well as establishing strong working relationships with experienced mentors.

Spark is designed to bring your idea to life.

Hub Australia’s national network also offers your business promotional opportunities, as well as facilitated support throughout the program.

What can you expect?

12 months in the Hub Adelaide Spark Program can equip you with the knowledge and confidence to take your great business idea from concept to feasibility, and potentially into your detailed business case and launch.
Share your business journey with likeminded people starting out as entrepreneurs, with a community that lends support, provides feedback and helps with idea generation.

“I still keep in touch with a few [Spark participants] today, and it’s wonderful to watch their own initiatives unfold.
It was a really important time for me as a young, impressionable budding entrepreneur and having that support was invaluable.”
– Amanda Smith, former Spark Participant
