What Hub’s New Location Means for Melbourne Coworking

Hub Australia has had a swift journey to become the largest Australian owned coworking provider.

Hub Australia has established itself as Australia’s premium coworking space provider in a market that is growing from the startup-focused era of its beginnings to a larger and broader appeal with businesses of all shapes and sizes.

Hub Australia began it’s journey eight years ago as the first coworking space provider in the city, with a single location in Melbourne across the road from the current Hub Southern Cross.

Members continued to come, causing Hub to very quickly outgrow this space – entrepreneurs and founders were ready and eager to adopt coworking for their businesses.

Making the move into Hub Southern Cross provided a beautiful Melbourne coworking space for over 600 members, located in the historic Mail Exchange Building.

2018 saw the launch of Hub Australia’s second Melbourne space, Hub Collins Street.

Hub Collins Street has transformed 3 floors of Melbourne’s iconic Georges building into a premium professional space, including the perfectly located offices in the mezzanine on Georges Lane.

Georges department store was always an aspirational location for Melbournians, with many having fond memories of shopping in Georges department store back in its prime era.

Hub’s third Melbourne location is just weeks away from opening, and members will be heading to new heights in Australia’s heritage-listed first skyscraper – ICI House.

Hub Parliament Station is set to provide offices and workspaces to over 600 new businesses and entrepreneurs when it opens its doors on the third of June.

Members will experience workspace views of Melbourne’s amazing skyline from the top floors of 1 Nicholson Street, with a dedicated in-house staff ready to help businesses and startups access and offer premium amenities and facilities to their clients and teams.

This time next month, Hub’s Melbourne coworking footprint will be able to service over 1600 members in the city, alongside a growing number of international coworking spaces entering the market with different offerings.
