State heritage listed building 44 Martin Place, Sydney, will soon become home to our 15th site, Hub Martin Place. This space will become our flagship location and the new standard for a personalised workspace and lifestyle experience.

A world-class space found at an iconic CBD destination

This 400-desk space will also feature a world-class business lounge, aperitivo bar with a curated menu, a lifestyle concierge, and regular social and networking events.

Designed by award-winning architects Hassell, Hub Martin Place will be located across three floors. You’ll find a serviced café and bar open to all tenants of the buildings, bookable meeting spaces, and a range of desks, offices, and suites.

Sustainability remains at the core of the offering, with the building designed to achieve a number of ‘green’ targets, including a 5-Star NABERs Base Building Energy rating and 4-Star Green Star Design and As Built rating.

Redefining work for the next generation

This new flagship site was created in response to the new needs of a modern workforce. It will provide a holistic workspace experience that supports wellness, productivity, and maintaining a balanced work life blend. Workers can expect seamless technology, modern fitouts, and amenities that promote health and wellbeing.

“Hub Martin Place will deliver a new level of personalised service for its members, with tailored executive wellness programs and lifestyle concierge services integral to its offerings,” says Rebekah Murphy, Chief Experience Officer at Hub.

“The workspace experience will also extend beyond the confines of Hub’s levels to activate Martin Place at a precinct level, bringing in lifestyle and cultural partnerships, to facilitate spaces and platforms for business leaders to gather, work, connect and socialise.”
