News

Hub Australia

27th August 2019

We are excited to announce that Hub Australia has placed 15th in the 2019 Best Places to Work Study, in the under 100 employees category.

The team at Hub Australia works hard every day to create a great place to work for everyone who comes through the doors at each of our 7 locations.

This not only includes our 3000+ members across Australia, but also our own team who aim to make sure our members have a great experience at Hub each day.

This is why Hub Australia is thrilled to announce that the business has been awarded a Great Places To Work certification.

Creating a positive internal culture

2019 is the second year Hub Australia has applied for certification, a long-term process involving every Hub team member with the goal of helping create a positive internal culture.

This culture is the basis of everything we do, and then positively impacts how every member experiences their time at Hub Australia.

What is the ‘Best Places to Work’ Study?

The Best Place to Work study is run by Great Place To Work, a global firm specialising in employee engagement and organisational alignment, and how both affect high-performance workplace cultures.

The process for the study involves an in-depth assessment process, including surveying each staff member and undertaking a comprehensive cultural audit, looking into everything from internal processes, communications and procedures, to acknowledgment initiatives, diversity, and hiring practices.

Why being a Great Place to Work is important for Hub’s Team and Members

Since creating Hub Australia in 2011, member and employee happiness have been important markers for us – we hope to demonstrate to our members and their teams the benefits for businesses investing in impact and creating a positive work culture for every person to step into the space.

“Coming to work isn’t just about sitting at a desk for 8 hours a day – as a business owner, I want to make sure my team enjoy coming to work and that the business is investing in you as much as you invest in it.”

-Brad Krauskopf, Hub Australia CEO

Hub Australia offers a home for businesses to grow, and we aim to help every member access a positive workplace culture we’ve worked hard to create and cultivate over the last 8 years and will continue to grow and expand on in years to come.
