Parking
There are a total of 116 public car parking spaces (2 hours free) located within basement level.
2 hours free contractor/supplier parking available located within basement parking.
Loading Dock
There is a loading bay for the building at B1 car park level via either Archer St or Tynte St. Access into the carpark will need to be pre-arranged with Building Management.
Process to arrange loading dock bookings – This can be booked via the (Property Maintenance Plus) caretaker via email 88caretaker@pmp.net.au
Secure Bicycle Storage Facility is available located on Basement Level.
Entrance
During Business Hours (from 7am, closing time TBC)
Members can access via O’Connell St or Centenary St through the 4x routes shown (highlighted in orange)
They can either access Level 1 or Level 2 via the stairs or use the lifts (free access during business hours)
Access to main door Hub Welcome Desk (Level 1 North Entrance (or towards the right if looking on the plan)) will be free access (hours set by Hub FM via Salto, say 8am to 6pm)
Access to all other entrances (with exception to the main door) will require Salto
After Hours
Both a base building pass is required (to access the Secure Gate on O’Connell St) and Salto (to access Hub’s tenancy).
Members can exit freely without a pass – will need to press the ‘Push to Exit’ buttons to release doors and gates on the way out
Coming through Carpark
If accessing the Public Carpark on B1 level, no pass required
If accessing the allocated parking spots on B2 level, a pass is needed to pass the boom gate
When parked, come up the carpark lifts (highlighted in yellow on plan) to Ground, and then either take the stairs or the lifts to Level 1 or Level 2 – during hours, no pass is required.
Lifts
The lifts in the lobby and the carpark are equipped with ample circulation space and provide access to all levels of Hub. Base Building access swipe card is required to access the passenger & goods lifts

Toilet and Shower Facilities
Male, Female and Unisex Bathrooms located on Levels 1 and 2. There is an End of Trip Facility located on L1 which includes showers and charge rooms.
Desks
A range of standard workstations are provided throughout the workspace on Level 1 and 2. Adjustable desks may be available for offices on request; however, they may come with an additional cost. The desks located in the meeting rooms are not adjustable.
Hearing Augmentation
Hearing Augmentation is available, only for the 2 x Services Meeting Rooms (Boardroom and Strategy) located on L1. No provision provided for standard Meeting Rooms across L1 and L2.
Access to Areas
All meeting rooms, the member kitchen, member areas, and café are fully accessible. The kitchen and tea points are provided with ample circulation space, however, no accessible under bench space is provided.
