Who is eligible for the 21.1% reduction?
This offer is available to new members of women-led businesses. We define this as businesses that are at least 51% owned, led, or managed by women.
How do I claim the 21.1% reduction?
To be eligible, simply submit the enquiry form on this page. A member of our team will then be in touch to discuss the best workspace solution for your business and apply the 21.1% reduction.
Which products does the reduction apply to?
The reduction applies to the RRP of select Hub products, including Private Offices and Suites, Dedicated Desks, Flexi memberships, and Business Addresses.
Are there specific dates I need to join or book by?
Yes. To access the 21.1% reduction, your agreement must be signed during March 2026, with a move-in or membership start date scheduled between 1 March and 1 April 2026.
