Hub Australia is set to expand its national footprint with the announcement of a tenth site for the flexible workspace and office leader, located in Canberra’s CBD.

Amalgamated Property Group’s newly completed A-Grade development, Civic Quarter, is set to be home to some of the nation’s best businesses through Hub Civic Quarter.

Hub Civic Quarter

Opening in early 2021 and located at the gateway to Canberra’s CBD, Hub Civic Quarter is positioned ideally for businesses and government teams of all specialties.

The state-of-the-art workspace will provide 300 members with stunning offices, suites, and flexible work areas across two levels, alongside the high standard of amenity and service Hub Australia has become renowned for across the workspace industry.

A connected national network

Hub Civic Quarter joins Hub Australia’s growing number of premium flexible workspaces, with a national network in Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney, and Adelaide.

Hub Australia’s members benefit from access to interstate spaces, with the ability to work from spaces in each state as they require. This foray into Canberra provides added value to not only the businesses in Hub Civic Quarter, but across Australia.

“Hub Australia’s new site is a huge milestone for the business, being our tenth nationally and located in Australia’s capital city. We’re looking forward to introducing Hub’s style of premium workspace experiences to a new city.” – Brad Krauskopf, Hub Australia CEO and Founder

Premium offices and workspaces

Hub Civic Quarter will offer Hub’s signature range of diverse workspace options, including offices and suites with private balconies, allowing businesses to access their own space for teams of all sizes.

Each member will also receive access to Hub’s range of amenities, including a media studio, member lounge and kitchen, onsite barista, and comprehensive end-of-trip facilities.

On the ground floor, Hub Australia will operate the Civic Quarter Business Centre in partnership with the building’s developer, Amalgamated Property Group.

Canberra’s new ‘it’ location

Amalgamated has welcomed a number of blue-chip tenants to Civic Quarter in recent months, including Westpac/St George, AECOM, Ashhurst Lawyers, Colliers International, Datacom, and Indesco.

Hub Civic Quarter is expected to be sought after by businesses wanting to align themselves with high-quality services and experience, particularly government teams, legal services, and national teams looking for an active presence in Canberra’s CBD.

“Civic Quarter is setting a new workplace standard in Canberra – we’re right on the city’s light-rail line, we’ve got a park on our doorstep and the building is smart in every way. This is a state-of-the-art office address that encompasses striking architecture, functionality, and sustainability. ” – Phil O’Brien, General Manager, Amalgamated Property Group

Designed for the future

Civic Quarter is designed as a sustainable and technologically advanced office development, committed to becoming Canberra’s most sustainably driven building.

This is an ideal partnership for Hub Australia, with all workspaces and locations achieving carbon neutral certification earlier this year in conjunction with the workspace provider’s B Corp certification and impact initiatives.

Experts in the industry

This will be Hub Australia’s tenth flexible workspace, with 7 currently in operation and three slated to open in 2021. Hub Australia is already the choice of over 3000 members across Australia in a diverse range of businesses and team sizes who choose Hub for flexibility, premium amenities, community, and industry-leading service and member experience.
