The building has 51 Flex Park bays for casual use that are available for the Hub members to park in, all based on B3 and B4, for a day rate of $25. Please reach out to our team who will be able to assist you with setting up a FlexPark account and booking a space.
The main entrance is via 125 St Georges Terrace on the ground floor. There is an accessible double entrance glass door from the west side of the building, with a motion sensor to open.
Access to Level 1 is via the lift on the ground floor or via escalator. Access to Level 2 is available via lift from the ground floor or Level 1, as well as stairs accessed via Level 1. Access to Level 3 and 4 is via lift from the ground floor or Level 1.
The lift in the lobby is equipped with ample circulation space and provides access to all levels of Hub.
Unisex accessible bathrooms are located on Levels 1, 2, 3 and 4.
Showers and End-of-Trip facilities are located on the basement level 2, and are wheelchair accessible via the lifts. Male and female End-of-Trip facilities include lockers, showers, bathroom, grooming, iron station and accessible toilet and shower. There is a non-binary shower and accessible toilet.
A range of adjustable desks are provided throughout the workspaces on levels 2, 3 and 4. Adjustable desks may be available for offices on request, however they may come with an additional cost. The desks located in the meeting rooms are not adjustable.
All meeting rooms have the capacity for a microphone and speakers.
Hearing augmentation systems are available to service each of the 5x Conference Rooms, Event Space and the 2x Pavilion Rooms
All meeting rooms, the member kitchen, member areas, and café are fully accessible.
The member kitchen and tea points are provided with ample circulation space, however, no accessible under bench space is provided.
