Hub’s move to Melbourne’s innovation precinct

Situated on the fringe of Melbourne’s CBD and in the heart of Melbourne’s tech and innovation precincts, Industry Lanes will offer a range of futuristic, innovative and comfortable working environments, transforming the line between working and living.

Hub Church Street will be located across the fourth and fifth floors of Industry Lanes, and will incorporate the premium standards of amenity and service Hub has become renowned for across Australia.

Premium features and amenities

The new flexible workspace location will boast a fully-serviced café, business lounge, and a concierge, as well as featuring a large 200sqm wrap around terrace with stunning city and suburban views for members and their guests.

Hub also offers a significant range of member benefits, accessible to members of all existing locations and extended to Hub Church Street. These include access to a national network of coworking spaces, exclusive discounts and offers, and a popular range of webinars and networking events open to all members.

Hub Church Street will also offer a fully-equipped media studio, member kitchen, fitness studio, and more, offering value-adding features to members when onsite.

A new partnership with Salta Properties

“Hub Australia is a leader in the coworking space sector and we hope their clients enjoy working from Industry Lanes, it’s a new world workplace for the new world employee.” – Mr Tarascio

CEO of Hub Australia, Brad Krauskopf, said he has watched the Richmond and Cremorne area develop into Melbourne’s equivalent of Silicon Valley, and is excited that Hub will soon offer a premium flexible workspace inside Industry Lanes.

“Appropriate workplace design helps drive creativity and productivity, and caters to enterprising workforces with ever-increasing appetites for wellness and socially engaging areas. We look forward to offering a new premium workspace in the heart of Richmond.” – Brad Krauskopf

The next step for Australia’s coworking leader

Operating for over a decade, Hub Australia has greatly influenced the evolution of coworking in Australia, developing to deliver a premium hospitality-led experience to support professionals, scale-ups, corporates, and government teams across the country.

With the shift to hybrid work arrangements becoming more standard, Hub Australia’s dedicated Melbourne team are looking forward to assisting some of the city’s best businesses and entrepreneurs with creating custom solutions and hybrid arrangements that meet the needs of their business and teams.

Hub Church Street will feature beautiful sunlit suites and office spaces, a stunning terrace overlooking Melbourne, along with flexible and dedicated workspaces and breakout areas to meet all workspace requirements in the new development.
