Hub is venturing into the Western Australian market for the first time, with two flexible workspaces set to open in 2025. The first, Hub Elizabeth Quay, will see us join forces with Brookfield Properties and Cbus Property to provide two levels of flexible workspaces and building hospitality services to Nine The Esplanade, a 19-storey waterfront landmark in the heart of Perth’s CBD.

The second will see us partner with Brookfield Place to provide four levels of flexible workspaces and Building Hospitality services to the tenants of their iconic 45-level commercial destination on St Georges Terrace.

Hub Elizabeth Quay

At Hub Elizabeth Quay, we’re excited to introduce a workspace that caters to the needs of a modern workforce. Spread across two storeys in Nine The Esplanade, our goal is to provide an unparalleled experience that blends productivity and comfort, with state-of-the-art amenities, premium facilities, and a one-of-a-kind views over the quay.

We’ll also manage building hospitality on level one, providing a world-class experience for tenants throughout the shared business lounge, meeting and events facilities, and barista-run café and bar.

Brookfield Place Perth ‘By Hub’

In addition to Hub Elizabeth Quay, we’ve also forged a landmark landlord partnership with Brookfield Place Perth.

Brookfield Place Perth ‘By Hub’ will span levels one to four of the St Georges Terrace destination, across 8,000 sqm of floor space. The workspace will include a mix of traditional flexible space as well as larger spaces for collaboration, and will also see us manage shared amenities, including a business lounge, meeting and events spaces, café, and an outdoor terrace as part of our Building Hospitality offering.

A history of successful landlord partnerships

This expansion into Perth follows our successful presence at Brookfield Place in Sydney, with Hub Wynyard. The positive response we received from the Sydney community has been instrumental in driving us to expand our services and bring Hub to the Western Australian market.

As we establish our presence in Perth, our vision is to create a workspace that goes beyond the ordinary, igniting creativity and fostering connections. We know that by offering exceptional workspaces and building hospitality, we can empower businesses to attract and retain top-tier talent and propel them towards success.

“Next-generation professionals are looking for the highest-quality, most seamless workplace experiences — and businesses know they need to provide this in order to attract and retain the top talent. Our Building Hospitality service means landlords can offer their tenants the most exclusive services and amenities, with a hospitality-led approach that transforms the workplace into an experience.” – Brad Krauskopf, founder and CEO of Hub Australia

Our two Perth sites are due to open in 2025. Fill out the form below to register your interest.
