This October, Hub Australia will open its first Melbourne location outside the CBD, positioned at 412 St Kilda Road.
Formerly the Victorian Police Headquarters building, Hub St Kilda Road will transform two levels into premium workspaces including offices, suites, dedicated desks, and the flexible and breakout spaces Hub’s members value.
Hub’s first operator agreement
Hub St Kilda Road will be opening under a first-of-its-kind operator agreement in Australia, with the arrangement’s popularity growing with commercial landlords as business needs change following the effects of COVID-19 on workspace requirements.
The agreement between Hub Australia, building owner SC Capital, and asset manager Artifex Property Group, is the first full operator agreement structure of its kind undertaken with a flexible workspace provider in Australia.
“It’s an exciting time for Hub Australia as we explore new ways forward, such as hybrid leases and operator agreement deals, for commercial buildings and workplaces post-pandemic.”
-Hub Australia Chief Property Officer John Preece
Premium amenities for the building community
Arranged under Hub’s ‘Bespoke’ product, Hub will provide world-class hospitality services to all building tenants via amenity management of the level 11 business lounge, café, and a range of serviced meeting spaces, meeting the high standards set by Hub’s other locations in Melbourne and around Australia.
“Hub Australia’s sophisticated hospitality services made them our partner of choice for building amenity management at 412 St Kilda Road […] We wanted to provide our future tenants with a great flexible workspace offering to meet their growing demands for flexibility. We knew Hub’s premium nature, along with its hospitality management expertise, made it strongly aligned with the rest of our offering.”
– Artifex Property Group Director Chris Piasente
A new location for teams and professionals
With two levels of premium workspace on offer, Hub St Kilda Road will provide beautifully designed workspaces for businesses of all sizes, ranging from flexible memberships and dedicated desks to offices and suites with space for teams of up to 50.
Each membership also provides members access to Hub’s interstate locations in Brisbane, Sydney, Canberra, and Adelaide, and access to Hub’s growing range of member benefits, events, and amenities.
With a community of over 3500, Hub’s workspaces are chosen by professionals and businesses across the nation to help them grow their business, impact, community, and culture.
